Extremely balanced. Exhibits a creamy texture that carries caramelized agave sweetness, olive brine, and a punchy, complex herbal backbone. Roasted in deep earthen pits with black oak, crushed via traditional tahona, naturally fermented with wild yeasts, and small-batch copper pot distilled.
