Dora Forsoni has produced wine on her family's estate in Montepulciano since 1968. Well into her 70s, here still walks the vineyards everyday and produces the wine with a miniscule team. This wine is pure Prugnolo Gentile, the local clone of Sangiovese. A wonderfully rustic, soulful wine with earthy red fruit flavors and fine tannins.
