Seelbach's Humidor Blend

Rather than finishing the entire batch in one barrel, Seelbach's isolated individual components before assembling the final puzzle. They took a 10-year bourbon finished in Spanish oak, a 5-year bourbon finished in Cognac, and accented them with a tiny, highly deliberate 2% touch of gingerbread-forward Amburana.  Deep mahogany in color. Packed with dark cherry, maple sweetness, and baking spices that don't easily dissipate on the palate.
