Southold F&C, The Lovers & The Dreamers

This is about as good of an example as any of Aristotle’s “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” This wine starts with notes of smoky plum and cedar of the skin fermented Viognier. It then quickly begins to show off the violet perfume that we’ve come to love in Touriga Nacional. This wine will continue to age with time.
