Lot 25 utilizes 28 distinct barrels, bringing together whiskeys aged in ex-bourbon and ex-rye American oak, alongside French oak that previously held artisanal apple brandy, rum, port, and luscious California Sauternes-style sweet wines. Plush and deeply integrated. The wine and brandy barrels introduce deep orchard fruits, while the rye and bourbon casks lock down a robust, vanilla-caramel and baking spice finish.
