Stellum Black Bourbon is the result of incorporating reserve barrels from their stocks with the original Stellum Bourbon blend. Black delivers robust flavor along with profound complexity. Leather, floral vanilla, cardamom, and cedar give way to a long finish laced with cinnamon, black pepper, and tobacco. It's a highly complex sensory journey best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to really bring out the spirit's essences.
