This well-exposed site above Nuits-Saint-Georges possesses a thin layer of limestone that gives this wine a significant mineral edge. Considering Cathiard's wine always possess ripe, sappy fruit and a rich texture, this is a fabulous combination of qualities. Will age beautifully, but why wait?!
