Yuu Baal Pechuga

Yuu Baal Pechuga is traditionally crafted for weddings, births, and village fiestas. To make it, fully mature Espadín mezcal undergoes a special third distillation. Locally sourced seasonal fruits, raisins, almonds, and warm spices are added to the copper still, while a raw turkey breast is suspended in the still's dome to vapor-infuse the spirit, balancing the sweet ingredients. Yuu Baal's is a warm blanket of raisins, toasted almonds, and sweet orange peel. An incredible pairing with dark chocolate.
