Crafted in Jesús María by master tequilero Roberto Lopez Anaya, a fourth-generation estate grower, this expression highlights the distinct, crisp minerality of mature Blue Weber agave grown at 6,922 feet above sea level. 50% of the batch is crushed using a traditional volcanic stone tahona wheel; the other 50% is ground in a roller mill and aged for 3 months in ex-bourbon barrels.
