New Riff CoolVines Single Barrel Bourbon

We picked this single barrel on a recent trip to Kentucky out of a lineup of some of the best whiskies we've tasted so far produced by New Riff. It’s comprised of New Riff’s signature bourbon mash bill of 65% Corn, 30% Rye, 5% Malted Barley and was distilled November of 2019 and bottled June 2024. Dense and rich on the nose with notes of melon and honeycomb the palate leans into semi-sweet chocolate, leather, and dark cherry with just enough spice to remind you of the high-rye mash bill. A long and creamy finish.
